Formerly known as BosCakes

The Cake Sculptress, Rebecca Bosque, became interested in cake-making around 11 years old. She made cakes off and on for years, even taught cake-decorating classes in her early twenties. It wasn't until a couple years ago that she devoted her career to the world of cake. What an intense couple of years it's been - within months of starting her first business, BosCakes, Rebecca placed second at a popular cake competition, and was invited by producers to appear as a competitor on Food Network Challenge.
The Cake Sculptress is Rebecca's newest venture and highlights her strength - 3D/Sculpted cakes. Especially since the popularity of television shows about cakes, it seems many people can decorate a decent cake. 3D/Sculpted cakes require more than decent decorating skills; it takes a bit of engineering, the ability to visualize 3D objects, experience in building proper support structures, and carving capabilities in addition to fine decorating talent. The Cake Sculptress promises to make cakes that will far exceed expectations, in both aesthetics and taste.
The Cake Sculptress is fully licensed, operating out of a residential kitchen in Dennis, Massachusetts.
Rebecca won second place in the Professional Division at the BCC Wedding Cake Competition on April 9th, 2011! See different views of this cake in the 3D/Sculpted Cakes gallery.
